Communication Activities to Lay Audiences

1. Moderator & Speaker – Screening and Debate of the Film Mãe – Info-Zenter Demenz, Luxembourg – February 27 & 13, 2025

Moderated the post-screening discussion of the Portuguese film Mãe, engaging over 110 participants in Bettembourg and more than 200 registrations at Ciné Utopia in Luxembourg City. The sessions, attended predominantly by Portuguese-speaking audiences (approximately 90%), focused on raising awareness about dementia and promoting open, community-based dialogue.

2. Article on Meditation and Mindfulness Published on the Get Brain Health Platform, under the title “Meditation And Mindfulness: Essential Practices For Workplace Well-Being and Brain Health” on June 19th, 2024.
